One Stamp, two cards

I am trying to get more use out of my stamps.  I have decided to
use each stamp in several ways if possible.
This first card I stamped the flower on patterned paper.
I heat embossed it in white.  I fussy cut the flowers
and then made the card.

This second card, I stamped right on my white cardstock and then
heat embossed the flowers in black.  I colored the middle of the
flowers with my Spectrum Noir markers and then put this card
together.  I thought it needed something so I faux stitched around the
yellow piece.

I like how these two turned out and I am going to try to "stretch" my
stamps more often.  Each time I get out a stamp, I am going to try
to make at least two cards from it in different ways.

Wedding favors

My niece is having a wedding reception this weekend
and I am making these party favors for each guest.
They are bags of popcorn that say
"Thanks for popping by"
The name and wedding date of the bride and groom underneath.

My husband helped me to fill them all and that
was a big help!

Now on to making cookies for the wedding.

Autumn Blessings

I made some Fall cards using napkins.
I added a sentiment and some embellishments and
these make a gorgeous simple card.
I cannot wait to send them to put smiles
on the recipients face.

Cardmaking with Chloe

My niece Chloe came over and we made these anniversary cards.  We had such fun together and I hope she comes back soon.  I love having someone to craft with.

World Card Making Day 2016

Today is world card making day
and these are the cards I made today to celebrate.

More Napkin cards

My crafting friend Ann M. sent me these lovely napkins.
I worked for several days creating these gorgeous cards using the
napkins and some Mod Podge.

I love the look.  I am sorry the pictures do not show all the glitter
and sparkle.
The pictures just do not do justice as to how beautiful
each of these cards are.

I love to do napkin cards as they are so colorful.

I hope you enjoy seeing them as much as I
enjoyed making them.

Piano Cards

Today is my sister's birthday and she is a pianist.
I decided to make some piano cards for her gift.
I made 10 of each of these for her.
I love the way these turned out even though I take terrible pictures.
I was gifted the die cuts from Deb Fischer and Therese Mays.
