Welcome to Sherry's Craft Room. This is my new blog that my daughter helped me make as I am very illiterate when it comes to computers. I make cards for personal use and I also make cards for Operation Write Home. I have been making cards for about 5 years and I have met some great friends with my hobby and looking forward to getting into blog circles and getting inspiration and also sharing my crafts. Thanks for stopping by!
This is called a reverse stamp. I stamped the image with versamark ink and then used white embossing powder to heat emboss. I then colored in the flowers with markers.
Hi Sherry! Congratulations on your blog! I know that you are going to be happy to have a place to show off all the nice cards you make for OWH and I am happy to be your FIRST follower. :)
Welcome to Blogland! Looking forward to seeing you post. For awhile anyway you may want to turn off the word verification. It is a pain in the rear. I never get spam.
Welcome to the blogosphere! I love the variety of colors you used on the stamp above. Did you use markers to ink it? The deckled edges give a nice rustic touch, too. Thanks for sharing your talent with all of us through your blog!
Oh I love it, love it, love it!! Yay! This will be awesome! I hope you'll have as much fun with it as I have with mine... :)
ReplyDeleteAnd btw... the card is AWESOME!! I love the colors. I love the layout. I'd love to know how you did all those colors on the flowers...
