Material background cards

 

My friend Ann gave me a bunch of material

and I used it for card backgrounds.

I used Heat and Bond and ironed the

material to my card stock.

Then I die cut the material to size.

I got out my floral dies and stamps

and went to town.

I made 42 material cards, lots of duplicates.

These were among my favorites!

Patterened Paper

 In my stamping group on FB,

one of the girls sent us paper

and we were supposed use it for

cards and then post those cards

 in the group.

Here is what I came up

with the papers she sent me.

It was somewhat of a challenge

but I did it.

Fun Shaker Cards

My daughter and I did a Google Meet 

and she walked me through making

shaker cards.

We had a blast.

I turned into a shaker card nut

but it was sure fun!

45 shaker cards in all!

 

 

Big Flower Cards

 Today I was cleaning out my craft room.

I gave 2 grocery bags to Good Will.

I found a bunch of colored embossing powder

that I have never used.  

I decided to get it out and use it 

on these big flowers.

I had fun using all the different colors.

Wedding cards

I don't take good pictures. I know these would be better if Lani or Johnny took them.

Anyway, enjoy these wedding cards that I made yesterday to fill my stash up.

Masculine Cards

 I needed some masculine birthday cards.

So today I made these.

Some for personal use and

some to send to the troops.

 

 

 

Christmas cards

I made 8 of these Christmas cards this morning.

That is all the paper I had of this design.

Stitched Daisy Cards

I  have started something new to me.

I am taking a die or stamp and trying to make

several different cards from it.

Petal Potpourri

One of my friends had a destash sale and I bought this flower stamp and die from her.

It is so versatile that I made all these different cards with it.

You know me and flowers, I love this stamp!

Color Burst Pieces

I had a bunch of color burst pieces

and I was bound and determined to

use them up today.

and all the pieces are gone!

My weekend project

I started on Friday Mod Podging napkins.

This is Sunday night and I have a total of 71

napkin cards complete!

Birthday Handkerchief

I got up early and made 5 of these before 8 am.

John thinks the background looks like a stained glass.

I think it looks like a handkerchief.

You decide!

Mother's Day cards

I made a couple of Mother's Day cards

to send to my sister and sister in law.

I heat embossed the image then colored

it with markers.  

It turned out shiny and pretty in person.

Corona Virus

We are in times of the Corona Virus

So I stayed in and made cards today.

Die Cut Christmas Cards

I have had this die forever and decided to get it out 

and make some Christmas cards.

I sure used up some paper and I am happy about that!!!

Happy Birthday Floral

It seems like I am always running out of birthday cards.

This one is floral for the girls.

This antique looking one is for the guys.

I struggle with masculine cards but

I thought this turned out nice.

Dollar Tree Stickers

I am finding that I love the stickers at the Dollar Tree.

Here is another clean and simple card using those stickers.

I love how it came out.

Owl Cards

I went to the Dollar Tree yesterday 

and found these cute stickers.

I turned them into these

colorful cards.

I am liking that store better

for crafts than the big box stores.
