Welcome to Sherry's Craft Room. This is my new blog that my daughter helped me make as I am very
illiterate when it comes to computers. I make cards for personal use and I also make cards for Operation
Write Home. I have been making cards for about 5 years and I have met some great friends with my hobby and looking forward to getting into blog circles and getting inspiration and also sharing my crafts.  Thanks for stopping by!

    2. This is called a reverse stamp. I stamped the image with versamark ink and then used white embossing powder to heat emboss. I then colored in the flowers with markers.

  4. Welcome to Blogland! Looking forward to seeing you post. For awhile anyway you may want to turn off the word verification. It is a pain in the rear. I never get spam.

  5. Sherry, what a gorgeous card to launch your blog! What would we do without our kids to help us with computer stuff?? I'm happy to be Follower 2, yeah!

  6. Welcome to the blogosphere! I love the variety of colors you used on the stamp above. Did you use markers to ink it? The deckled edges give a nice rustic touch, too. Thanks for sharing your talent with all of us through your blog!
